We have one week left before Spring Break and there is still so much to do! Students have certainly enjoyed the sunnier days. I have been opening the gym on Fridays at lunch for the primary students. With the help of some of the grade 3’s, we have been playing large group games.

A sense of community, an ability to embrace kindness towards oneself and toward others and feeling the joy of physical movement – these are three themes that you will see in this March report. These are also important elements for each child to excel in school and in life. 

We have some busy plans for the last two weeks of school before Spring Break thanks to the planning of our SNES student counsel. I will have the two weeks listed below for your convenience.

February is Kindness Month – We are collecting those Random Acts of Kindness that happen in our school. If your child shares a kind act or practices a kind act, we want them to add it to our large red heart outside the office.
