Our School Planning Day yesterday was highly collaborative, productive, and positive.  The day was organized around our three, current school goals that are based on evidence gathered and specific areas we would like to make progress in.

Great to see so many people attend our September PAC meeting this past week with such a willingness to help!  With this in mind, I want to share with you a video that came my way last week from the Arbinger Insitute, an organization I had the fortune of doing some training with a few years back.

BIG thank you's to all who helped and came out to our Family Jam Night this past Tuesday!  So fun to be a part of this event and to see how many families came out and had a great time.  The next morning I got the beautiful artwork in this week's photo that is now on my office door.

Love these young singers who rocked some Great Big Sea with Mrs. Dimopoulos and me last week!  We also had some K's join us to sing with next year's K familes at our Welcome to Kindergarten! orientation on Wednesday.  

Good day out there, South Nelson.  So much fun this past Tuesday at our Talent Show!  Thanks to all the bold performers for sharing your talents & passions, to the very responsive & fun crowd, and to the adults who helped make this a success, particulary Christy Pretty for sharing her skills as sound person.  Great to see the event turn into a kids' dance party at the end
