This month, I want to share my gratitude for some unexpected gifts we have received in our district and in our schools through the month of October. 

Last week we had the wonderful privilege to welcome Indigenous story teller, Dan Nanamkin to our school. 

Congratulations to Mrs. Bonikowsky's Gr. 2/3 class for publishing their first book of the year!

I just want to start off by saying how lucky I am to be working with your children! We have had an amazing month of learning, growing, connecting and practicing all kinds of things from emotions to printing to getting along to following a routine! I can't believe it is October already.

As students get to know one another they are learning to understand the concept of perspective. Whether it’s the perspective of an artists eye or a particular way of thinking; together they are realizing that perspective is endless.
