South Nelson students have talent! They showed off so many great skills and accomplishments at our recent talent show. There were performances of dance, gymnastics, music and even a magic show!  A creative synchronized swimming act mesmerized the audience and there was lots of engagement from viewers as they clapped and cheered along with the acts. The show concluded with a presentation from South Nelson's up and coming environmentalists who shared about some endangered animals and their recently published book! Their book was for sale with proceeds going to wildlife conservation. Our Gr. 4/5 students also held a bake sale and raised more than $500 to donate to the unhoused in Nelson. Thanks to everyone who came out for the show and supported our students. Huge thanks to Mrs. Sparks and Mr. Marsh for coordinating. Great work, everyone!
