Mrs. De Sousa's class had a  fantastic time in  fun and hands-on classroom project called ‘The Cake Off Bake Off’.

The goal - To work as a group and bake a cake. 

Students worked in small groups to plan, bake, and decorate a cake over several class periods, with a final day of tasting and judging for favourite flavour, texture, look and teamwork.  This project supported learning in math, ADST, Language Arts, and the BC curricular competencies.

The outcome - 7 fantastic looking and tasting cakes!
