South Nelson Elementary’s K–4 students recently put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test in an exciting ADST project: The Great Egg Drop Challenge! Students designed and built protective structures to keep an egg safe during a high drop, exploring core physics principles, engineering design process and growth mindset. Through hands-on experimentation, collaboration, and a few messy moments, students demonstrated perseverance and ingenuity while bringing their learning to life.
