Mrs. Bonikowsky’s grade 2/3 class, along with some grade 5 helpers is running the
Christmas Jar Guessing Contest. All money raised will be donated equally to the
S.P.C.A.and the Salvation Army.

Students will be able to guess the number of items in a variety of jars. Items in
the jar may include candy, small toys, craft supplies (beads, stickers) etc. The
student with the closest guess will win all the items in the jar.
A ticket to make a guess will cost 25 cents. There will be about 20 different jars
and kids are welcome to make multiple guesses.

This event will run Monday December 11 to Wednesday December 13. Your
children’s classroom teachers will be choosing a time next week to bring their class
to visit the display of Christmas Jars and make some guesses.
