Good day out there, South Nelson Community.

Thank you to all who joined us this past week for our Fall Open House and conferencing with Teachers.  We are thankful to get to have families back in our buildings and it was sweet to see kids showing their parents and grandparents around all parts of the school, including their classrooms from the previous couple years.  Thank you also to our Teachers for their work on our 'summative assessment' fall learning updates that went home this past week and for their ongoing use of 'formative assessment' to adjust their practice based on what we learn from our kids every day in the classroom, on the school grounds, and from input from families.
